- Purchased a Smart 8055i interactive touch screen to add to our demo room
- Become Smart certified so now able to sell interactive screens/projectors
- Started work on a London based OCS to Lync 2013 upgrade including enterprise voice and Audiocodes gateway
- Began evaluation of Lync Attendant Pro for customers with switchboard requirements
- Installed Medium and Large Smart SRS Lync Room systems to Cambridge customer
- Became Phoenix Audio resellers so able to offer Lync Audio solutions in large meeting spaces where multiple microphones and speakers are required
- Planning for a major European rollout of Lync Enterprise Voice
- Became a Spectralink partner enabling us to sell their in-building wireless solutions
- Added a ‘Products Page’ to our website enabling potential customers to see what we have to offer
