Improved digital connectivity is opening up new opportunities and new ways of working for all. The Digital Sector Strategy aims to set the direction and create the conditions for an exciting new phase of growth for this region's technology sector.

CW and Anglia Ruskin University, with funding from CPCA, are collaborating with key industry stakeholders and local business to build an independent and impartial Digital Sector Strategy for the region. This Strategy will define the steps needed to harness the region's present digital strengths and maximise the long-term productivity of the technology sector. Its recommendations will contribute to the Local Industrial Strategy of the CPCA and complement other items of work such as the CPIER and the Science and Innovation Audit.

Please share your views and help build the best conditions for a prosperous digital economy in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area.

You are encouraged to share the survey within your network so that the results represent as wide a range of views as possible.

Input from all businesses within Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, no matter the size, sector or town is encouraged.

This independent strategy aims to consolidate Cambridgeshire & Peterborough as the global leader of cutting-edge technology development and adoption.

It will recommend a series of actions for achieving higher regional productivity by strengthening the already thriving technology sector and disseminating the benefits of digital technology into other local industries, and across the entire region.
