Deloitte announces new senior appointments

Deloitte, the business advisory firm, has announced the new senior appointments of Tim Hansell and Matt McLoughlin in their Private Markets Corporate Finance team based in Cambridge.

Tim Hansell, Director - Corporate Finance Advisory, will be leading the team. Over the past 16 years, Tim has advised on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, private equity and debt fund raisings, including nine years in Investment Banking with Rothschild.

Matt McLoughlin, Assistant Director within the Transaction Services team has also joined from the firm’s Manchester office.  Matt’s experience includes a variety of due diligence assignments, working for corporate acquirers, private companies and private equity houses.

The team also welcomes Chris Coulton, Director - Restructuring Services. Chris works with management teams, and other stakeholders, of businesses who are facing financial challenges. This can range from helping to identify and implement short term cash flow improvements through to structuring and executing complex financial restructures.  Chris has experience across many sectors and mainly works with Private Market clients.
