The Transatlantic Business Forum, the region’s premier event focused on transatlantic commercial issues, is taking place next Tuesday (24 June) at The Imperial War Museum, Duxford, Cambridge. The organisers are delighted to be welcoming the US Ambassador to the UK, Matthew L. Barzun, as keynote speaker.

The Transatlantic Business Forum is a Deyton Bell initiative and Chris Parkhouse, Managing Director comments – ““I am delighted that the Ambassador of the United States of America to the United Kingdom, Matthew W. Barzun, has kindly agreed to make the keynote speech at the event, it will give me great pleasure to welcome  him to Cambridge next week.”

The Transatlantic Business Forum is being hosted in association with CASE – Council of American States in Europe. CASE is considered the official US State led organization in Europe that provides information, advice and support to businesses who seek to identify potential partners or opportunities with the US or who seek to establish or expand their operations in the United States. Eleven US States will be represented at the event as well representatives from Select USA and the US Commercial service. Other high profile speakers include the Institute of Directors Director General, Simon Walker and the CEO of CityJet, Christine Ourmieres as well as contributions from leading organisations providing information such as banking, legal, financial and other logistical issues. Local company Armadillo LED will be providing a Case Study, highlighting how they have been successful in the USA.

The Transatlantic Business Forum is a must for anyone who is considering or involved in transatlantic business development. It will highlight vast opportunities available to UK companies interested in exploring or developing US opportunities and will explore key issues, actions and strategies that need to be considered when engaged in highly competitive transatlantic markets. The Forum offers delegates a rare chance to learn from an expert panel with considerable experience of Transatlantic Business Development and will showcase everything businesses need to know about how to succeed when developing transatlantic opportunities. Importantly there will be an opportunity for all delegates to have one2one discussions with some speakers and supporting organisations.

Deyton Bell says: "As Cambridge Network is kindly supporting the Transatlantic Business Forum, we are delighted to offer members five complimentary tickets on a first come first serve basis.
