Darwin Airline offers £60 discount on winter flights

Fancy a Christmas shopping break in Milan or a romantic Valentine’s Day weekend in Paris? Darwin Airline has just announced it will be offering a special fare of £109 on return flights to Paris and Milan departing from Cambridge International Airport, from now until 27 March 2014 – a saving of £60 from the £169 return flight lead-in price.

The special £109 return fare is inclusive of all airport taxes and is valid for departures from now until 27 March 2014, subject to availability. The offer must be booked by 30 November, at least ten days before departure, at www.darwinairline.com or via travel agents.

Christmas shoppers and foodies should head to Milan from 7 December, when one of the city’s top festivals, the Oh Bej Oh Bej! street market, held on the feast of the city’s patron saint, Ambrogio, begins. Crowds can sample traditional food such as pancakes, roast meat, chestnuts and mulled wine on the streets around Piazza Sant’Ambrogio, and there are stalls selling crafts and antiques.

Or, for the perfect Christmas gift or Valentine’s Day surprise, why not book a romantic trip to Paris?

Darwin Airline offers a total of 44 flights a week to and from Cambridge, with eight weekly flights to and from Paris CDG (East Anglia’s only air service to the French capital) and six weekly flights to and from Milan Malpensa.

Customers who book this special deal will enjoy exceptional personal service including in-flight refreshments and 23kgs of complimentary hold baggage. Additionally, customers will travel through Cambridge International Airport’s newly refurbished terminal, featuring new facilities, including a business lounge, Costa Coffee, complimentary Wi-Fi and lounge-style ambience.
