Dan Crow spent a decade in Silicon Valley working at Apple and a series of startups. He co-founded Blurb, a San Francisco startup that lets you publish your own books.
For five years he was an engineering lead at Google, hiring engineers in New York and London. He is now CTO of Songkick, the global live music startup based in London.
Dan will tell you what it takes to get hired at a great tech company. He'll also share tales of working with Steve Jobs, Larry Page, Vint Cerf and other industry luminaries and how Silicon Valley and the UK's tech scene really work.
This will be the first in a range of exciting talks about the past, present and future of the tech industry.
The museum will stay open until 8:30pm and guests are welcome to socialise and network after the talk. Doors will open at 5:30pm.
