'Be social' fundraising campaign to benefit Infertility Network UK

Bourn Hall Clinic is participating in the Be Social (#BSOCIAL4INUK) campaign to raise funds for Infertility Network UK (INUK), a patient charity that supports people who are struggling to conceive.

The clinic was one of the first in the UK to introduce the Eeva Test to help improve embryo selection.  For every “like” of the Bourn Hall Clinic Facebook page or additional “follow” on Bourn Hall’s Twitter handle, the Eeva Test* will donate £1 to INUK.

Nicola Graver, director of Human Resources at Bourn Hall said: “People concerned about their fertility or going through treatment often find it helpful to talk to others with similar experiences.  We think the work that INUK does in supporting patients is very valuable and are pleased to be able to support the charity in this way.”

The #BSOCIAL4INUK campaign is sponsored by the Eeva Test*, the non-invasive test that helps embryologists select the best embryos to transfer, and will run from 6 May until 15 June.

Nicola continues: “Bourn Hall’s Facebook page is used by patients to share experiences and so it is very fitting that we are able, with the support of the Eeva Test, to benefit INUK in this way.”

Susan Seenan, chief executive of INUK, said: “Infertility affects one out of every six couples in the UK today and that’s a lot of people who need our help. One of the charity’s main aims is to raise awareness of fertility issues and support patients throughout their journey.  Getting behind this campaign will allow us to help more people struggling to conceive.”

The Eeva Test will donate £1 for every like of the Bourn Hall Facebook page*  (BournHallClinicUK) or follow on Twitter @BournHallClinic.
