USB Blync Light Blync synchronizes with your Lync status to display your availability to those in your environment. This allows your colleagues to see that you are busy on the phone or are not to be disturbed when trying to meet a deadline. Blync will flash on an incoming call to alert the user that someone is trying to contact them. The device can also be configured to flash on incoming instant messages. This ensures that a user never misses a call or message when away from their desk or when Lyncis not visible.

Busylight Lync
Busylight displays the current Lync presence state with the colours red, yellow, green and purple.
Why? To make colleagues in the office aware of the Lync presence states, especially “Busy In a Call” and “Do Not Disturb”.
Busylight also rings/flashes on incoming Lync calls.
Why? Many computers have no speakers connected and if users are not wearing their headset they do not hear the ringing.
