Minicabster partnership helps cab firms reduce costs and increase business

Cordic, the leading software supplier of data despatch solutions to taxi and private hire fleets, has today announced a partnership with Minicabster, a national minicab booking platform which uses the web and smartphone apps to take bookings from customers and pass them onto minicab firms.

The partnership means that fleets using Cordic can now receive jobs directly into their Cordic data despatch system, whereas before this would have required manual entry by staff at the minicab office. The technology integration brings with it time and cost saving efficiencies making the private hire company more efficient which in return enables them to take more bookings and generate more revenue.

Brooke Pursey, Founder of Minicabster comments: “Minicabster is extremely proud to announce this land mark partnership with Cordic which benefits the 3 most important people in our world Passengers, Drivers and Operators.

This seamless integration of both technologies simplifies the booking process even more and gets the consumer the best experience with little to no burn on resource for the operator or driver.”

Pursey continues: “In these exciting times for the transportation industry Minicabster is constantly striving to innovate and adapt to provide the customer the best possible experience. Minicabster and Cordic's integration will also impact rising industry costs by supporting the minicab industry using technology to bring in efficiencies that save time and money.

Minicabster really looks at this integration as just the beginning of building a very long and fruitful relationship between the two companies.”

Fara Arani, Commercial Director at Cordic comments: “We are very pleased to be partnering with Minicabster. Cordic recognises that the private hire landscape is ever changing and in response we have evolved and developed our technology and partnerships to strengthen our position in the market to provide the best end to end solution for cab companies.”

Arani continues: “The integration will benefit the private hire firm and ultimately the end user. The time from making a booking to a vehicle arriving to pick up the passenger will be reduced significantly, creating a hassle free, positive customer experience.”
