Unruly joins Wahanda, Prozone and Alertme among many others who have recently been advised by Taylor Wessing through significant liquidity events.
Unruly is a video adtech company and is the leading programmatic platform for social video advertising. Founding members Matt Cooke, Sarah Wood and Scott Button started the company back in 2006, in a shared office in Brick Lane. Unruly now has 200 staff across 15 offices and count giants such as Dove, Evian and Renault among its clients.
