It is one of only two mid-sized firms, and the only law firm, to gain a place on the prestigious list for 13 consecutive years.
The survey is the most comprehensive analysis of workplace engagement, opinion and satisfaction in the UK.
Mills & Reeve was ranked 74th overall, with 74 per cent of staff having no plans to leave in the near future, 73 per cent saying boredom is not a factor, 69 per cent agreeing that the training they receive is of great personal benefit and 64 per cent are happy with their pay and benefits.
Sandy Boyle, HR Director, said: “We’re delighted to have secured a place on the list for a record 13th year in a row. Companies are really starting to understand how vital it is that all employees are engaged and we have been focusing on making sure that our colleagues know how valued their contribution is and that they have opportunities to develop and grow, not only in terms of their role but personally as well.
"We work hard to create an environment where our people are able to do their best work. This ensures colleagues find their role rewarding and our clients receive outstanding client service.”
