Home Instead: What Care Looks Like
Home Instead Senior Care is a leading provider of home care in the UK. With an ageing population and increasing pressures on the NHS and public purse, there is more need than ever to plan ahead for the eventualities of ageing. Most people want to remain in their own home as they age and retain independence in their life. But what help is available? Who pays? How does the individual or their attorney ensure that quality, control and choice are maintained?
Mike Francis of Home Instead Senior Care in Cambridge will address these issues and explain the benefits of planning rather than waiting for crisis. He will outline the options associated with care at home, state, voluntary and private provision and the process of accessing support. Residential and NHS care options will also be discussed.
