Lauren Houghton and Kim Chapman have been promoted to director following the firm’s annual performance review, with their new roles taking effect from 1 October 2016.
Lauren has been promoted to director within the firm’s Assurance practice in Cambridge. Lauren joined EY in 2006 in the Luton office, transferring to Cambridge in 2013. She specialises in managing audit clients across a number of industries, including; hospitality and leisure, media, defence and consumer products.
Kim has been promoted to director within EY’s People Advisory Services team, a recently integrated practice combining experience from Tax and the firm’s consultancy business. Kim specialises in managing clients with a globally mobile workforce across a number of industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology and manufacturing.
These are the first promotions to be announced since Nick Gomer took over as EY’s office managing partner in Cambridge in January 2016.
