The project involves the full lifecycle delivery, including requirements analysis, installation and configuration of BPM software environments, modelling & deployment of the business processes.
Tier 2’s work in the highly regulated world of the London Insurance Market continues with the awarding of a contract to build a new web-based application for a leading Broker, looking to create market efficiencies by replacing their current system.
The new application will be built around contract class document generation technology, and a new, bespoke “wrapper” application to provide document control, data capture, process flow, back-office / 3rd-party integration and reporting functionality.
Tier 2 also had significant extensions made to existing support contracts in place with several long term clients who retain expert consultants in Project Lead roles on site. These placements are vital to operational activities and facilitate numerous skills transfer processes around system integration and application development.
