This week 24 lucky people in Cambridge were the first to try nūfood and learn how to command a kitchen robot to make intense juicy flavour bursts.
Guests enjoyed an eight-course taster menu as part of an intimate group. 3D printed food enhanced the menu that played on traditional and contemporary British dining, all sourced from natural ingredients.
The relaxed and experimental evening introduced the diners to personalised 3D printing, allowing them to experience flavour, texture, colour and shape in a completely new way.
