Party celebrates Cambridge Women in Construction


Eve Waldron Design hosted a Christmas cheese and wine party at their shop in Pound Hill for CWIC (Cambridge Women in Construction). About 25 women came to enjoy a couple of hours in the company of like-minded people.

CWIC is a network for women in East Anglia who work in all kinds of roles connected to the construction industry including, architects, archaeologists, administrators, designers, engineers, suppliers and surveyors but it is open to all women with connections to the industry even if they are not currently working.  They meet on the last Friday of each month for lunch at the Burleigh Arms, Newmarket Rd from 12.30pm
