Maria has worked with SMEs, Corporates and Lenders in and around Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London for over 13 years and she brings with her a dynamic, direct and considered approach which sees clients instructing her time and time again to assist with resolution of their disputes.
Maria’s areas of expertise include contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency and commercial property disputes. In addition, she has an expertise in banking and financial services recoveries (with a focus on invoice finance lending recoveries) alongside general commercial debt recovery.
Maria works closely with the High Court Enforcement Sector, having assisted a number of enforcement agents to transfer their Judgments and Orders (both English and overseas Judgments) to the High Court for the purpose of enforcement. She continues to work closely with a number of High Court Enforcement agencies and her knowledge of this sector and enforcement in general, stands her apart from the crowd.
