Opportunity knocks at the Global Medical Cambridge 'Meet the buyer' event

East of England businesses have the opportunity to meet with international life sciences buyers on Friday 10th November, when the Department for International Trade (DIT) hosts its first Global Medical Cambridge event.

Ahead of the Medica show that takes place in Dusseldorf each year, the DIT has arranged for buyers from around the globe, specialising in three categories  - medical devices,  laboratory  equipment  and  analytical  science - to visit Cambridge for 1-2-1 meetings. The event, in partnership with Enterprise Europe Network and Cambridge Network and kindly sponsored by Mills & Reeve, takes place from 09:00-15:30 at The Entrepreneurship Centre, Hauser Forum (3 Charles Babbage Road, Cambridge, CB3 0GT).

Why take part?
This is an exclusive chance for UK companies from the East of England to showcase their products to potential new markets and talk directly with relevant buyers.

What you will experience?

To make sure that you get the most out of the day the DIT has set up a booking portal to allow you to request which buyers you would like to meet. The buyers will then approve meetings depending on whether your product is relevant to them and this will ensure the day is optimised for you to meet the right buyers for you.

You will also have the opportunity to speak to Enterprise Europe Network and Cambridge Network to discuss how they can help you to grow your business.
