It’s almost Gin O’Clock at Robinson College…

Robinson College’s themed dine+ evenings are fast solidifying themselves as Cambridge events to look out for. With the next event taking place next month, the College is preparing the perfect menu to serve up to compliment one of the most popular beverages in the UK.

The College will be joining forces with Pinkster Gin and the Ely Gin Co to deliver Gin O’Clock, an evening dedicated entirely to gin and the delectable dishes that best accompany this Cambridge drink of choice.

Taking place on Friday 2nd February, guests will be welcomed with a gin and tonic, followed by a masterclass focusing on the process of gin making and all its intricacies. There will also be a tasting session, where guests will sample four gins from different origins, each paired with its own accompanying canapé. During the interval, guest will be invited to help themselves to the buffet-style street food on offer, prepared by Robinson College’s expert in-house chefs. The evening will also present the opportunity to meet and speak directly with Pinkster Gin and The Ely Gin Company over another refreshing G&T!

The last dine+ themed evening, the Greek Extravaganza, was a great success, with ouzo and mezze abundant. Gin O’Clock promises another similar opportunity to relax and unwind while enjoying culinary delights, whilst learning about the fascinating process of gin making.

Space is limited – book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. Tickets available at: http://www.robinson.cam.ac.uk/conferences/dine/themed-evening or alternatively contact celebrations@robinson.cam.ac.uk for further information.
