Kaizen offers a tailored training plan to its new recruits, which includes the practical aspects of the job, such as hand soldering PTH and SMT parts, component identification and pre-forming. Trainees work alongside qualified members of staff and gain job-specific skills from experienced engineers.
With a genuine interest in electronics, both Matt and Cameron are following this programme and are gaining valuable experience in product manufacture and testing. They will continue to receive hands-on training as they progress.
