Howard Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Huw Jones to the position of Finance Director. This recent development follows the departure towards the end of last year of Tom Amies who had held the post before leaving to take up a CFO position in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining Howard Group, Huw worked for JP Morgan in London for 7 years where he established the bank’s Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Services businesses in Europe. In his previous career, Huw has worked in senior finance roles within both large businesses and smaller earlier stage technology companies, some based in Cambridge.
Huw spent 13 years with PwC in their Cambridge office working on a number of substantial M&A transactions. He is a graduate of Cambridge University.
