Howard Group bolsters team with new hires

Howard Group has strengthened its team with four new appointments to support the company’s continued growth.

Robin Lea has been appointed as financial controller which involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the accounts department. Robin has significant experience in finance and has worked as a financial controller and management accountant for the last 14 years including roles in the property industry. To support this role, Magda Swierczynska has joined the company as accounts assistant and will look after the purchase ledger, daily banking and monthly cash reconciliations.

Laura Mills joins the company as property assistant working closely with the property administrator, Stephanie Faulkner. Laura ensures the smooth running of the office and assists with the management of the company’s properties.

Shahila Mitchell has joined as interim executive assistant providing administrative support to chief executive Nicholas Bewes, shareholders and non-executive directors. Shahila has previously worked for professional services firms in London and Cambridge.
