Entrepreneurs invited to apply for 2019 Impulse programme

Impulse, the Cambridge Entrepreneurship Programme for tech innovators based at the Maxwell Centre, University of Cambridge, starts again at the end of this month. But there's just a short time left to apply. The application deadline for the programme - which helps you to transform your innovative idea into a “high potential” business case - is Wednesday 10 April.

Impulse serves as a catalyst for entrepreneurship in individuals and organisations. The programme is about strong action learning and  is result driven, where participants bring their innovative ideas to the table. It acts as a learning vehicle with a sharp focus on prioritising and developing "high-potential" business cases. More than 80 top-tier entrepreneurs, innovators, investors and industry experts share their expertise, offer senior level mentoring and guidance. Impulse provides you an intensive and steep learning curve experience at the heart of the Cambridge Phenomenon.

The programme is particularly relevant for:

  • PhDs, Postdocs and researchers exploring entrepreneurial opportunities
  • Corporate innovators seeking to cultivate innovative mindsets and entrepreneurial culture in employees
  • Early stage entrepreneurs looking to build high quality networks with industry experts and the business community

Partners offer fully sponsored places for Cambridge University members, national and international researchers across the different fields of Physical Sciences and Technology (including Life Sciences). Some of these are offered by Cambridge Network members Beko and Magna:

Beko searches for technology innovators for the future home

Magna sponsors tech innovators in future mobility

Accept the challenge and apply today. The application deadline has been extended  to 10 April.
