SLII® Online program teaches your managers and supervisors the essentials of SLII® and will take 3-4 hours to complete. 

The SLII® Online overview module teaches managers and supervisors the key points of SLII®. It can be completed in 35 minutes.

SLII® Clicks are micro-activities to help managers and supervisors become situational leaders and partner with those they lead. Learners can access topics during moments of need. Clicks range from 1 to 5 minutes each. The playlist includes videos, interactions, and worksheets.
