Plans are due to be submitted in Q1 2023 for a ten-year masterplan to redevelop Melbourn Science Park in Cambridgeshire; Bruntwood SciTech's vision is to transform the Park into a globally recognised life science campus where research, innovation and manufacturing come together and change the future of human health.
The Park will provide an inclusive place to work and socialise, promoting wellbeing and community for both local residents and businesses on the campus.
Bruntwood SciTech offers world class office, laboratory and co-working space across the UK and is home to over 500 science and technology businesses.
A 50:50 joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General, they create specialist working environments and provide support for businesses to start, scale and innovate.
With science and technology ecosystems located in Manchester, Cheshire, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Glasgow, they acquired Melbourn Science Park, Cambridgeshire, in 2021.
