Fitzbillies
Fitzbillies is a 102 year old bakery and café in the historic centre of Cambridge. It is most famous for its ultra-sticky Chelsea buns. Founded in 1920 the original branch of Fitzbillies, on Trumpington St has served generations of undergraduates, academics and visitors to Cambridge with a huge array of baked goods, all made by hand in its artisan bakery. In addition to the original bakery shop it now serves speciality coffee, brunch and afternoon tea. There is a second, smaller branch in Bridge St. Since the pandemic Fitzbillies has built its online business and now offers its Chelsea buns and a range of gift boxes and hampers featuring its baked good for delivery anywhere in the UK.
