Mission Street have a rapidly growing development portfolio, with in excess of 1,300,000 sq ft of committed projects in strategic locations within Oxford, Cambridge and Bristol. Our innovative schemes and campuses are being developed speculatively with the first buildings due for completion in 2023, providing the next available laboratory space in the severely-undersupplied Oxford and Cambridge markets. The company is led by a specialist management team with extensive experience developing and operating Science and Innovation buildings and campuses and integrating these into their ecosystems. This team is supported by an Advisory Board that brings expertise from the perspective of its customers, with a wealth of experience including investors, company founders and operations professionals.

Mission Street primarily invests through a Joint Venture with BentallGreenOak , a leading global real estate investment manager with $80bn of assets under management. BentallGreenOak is majority owned by Sun Life Financial, a Canadian financial services company and one of the largest life insurance companies in the world. The JV is growing its platform via ground-up developments and the re-purposing of existing assets in areas across the UK that are anchored by strong research and development credentials. The venture can also partner with public and private bodies to build successful open innovation ecosystems.
