I am a Neuroscience of Wellbeing Consultant. I am passionate about supporting people to improve their wellbeing by applying practical, Neuroscience-backed tools blended with Health Coaching. I help clients through 1-1 sessions; run corporate workshops for companies on wellbeing topics such as sleep, managing stress & behaviour change; and provide expert Neuroscience advice to organisations to help them level-up their wellbeing-related content.

Hi, I'm Bianca. I am a Neuroscience of Wellbeing Consultant, specialising in sleep, managing stress and creating lasting behaviour change. After completing three dissertations in sleep, stress and happiness at University, I went on to achieve a first class masters in Neuroscience and also became an accredited EMCC Health Coach. Academically, I have worked with world-renowned universities including The University of Cambridge, University College London and University of California, Los Angeles and I then went on to work as a Health & Wellbeing Coach for the NHS for two years before focusing my energy to where my passions truly lay: Neuroscience of Wellbeing Consulting. I am passionate about supporting people to improve their wellbeing and seek to apply practical, Neuroscience-backed tools to support my clients. My prioritisation of wellbeing in order to facilitate both efficient work and quality of life is where my clients realise the brighter life they’ve always wanted. I work with clients 1-1 by providing the most up to date and relevant Neuroscience advice, tailoring this to help each client achieve their goals. I also consult with businesses and schools to provide workshops and expert advice on my specialisms of sleep, stress and behaviour change and how to adjust work and personal life to improve these key areas of wellbeing. Lastly, I help organisations level-up or create sleep-related content for their apps / websites.
