The school covers 4 courses, all self-paced and self-directed, better done in small groups: Job Search Hero, Solopreneur Journey, Art of Sabbatical, Big Move. Sunny Future is a social outlet that unlocks the support of community: daily office hours, weekly masterminds, endless career resources, job boards, community forums, groups, meetups, invites to retreats, personal intros.

CEO Nicolas Buteau is a HR & recruiting leader (ex Uber, Booking, Venn), global community builder and lifelong learner who has helped 1000’s around the world build impactful careers, across all fields and levels of seniority.

old learning systems? Can we build economic prosperity for all? We will spend 80,000 hours working in our lifetime, yet most of us haven’t refueled or upgraded our learning toolkit since early adulthood. Our career muscles need continuous training but too often we build them solo, in toxic competition, or when the proverbial s**t hits the fan. Sunny Future is a social outlet - like our careers - with the support of community. While some of the courses and resources are free, Sunny Plus unlocks access to a powerful network: daily ‘ask anything’ hours, weekly live sessions, exclusive career resources, masterminds, peer groups, meetups, invites to retreats, career opportunities, worldwide experts, community boards, and personal introductions.
