Cambridge Business Improvement District (BID) consists of 1,200 city centre businesses, working together to promote the city to visitors, residents and workers, while ensuring they experience a welcoming and vibrant street scene that is both clean and safe.
Cambridge BID is a non-profit, limited company with a mandate from 1,200 businesses and organisations in Cambridge city centre to invest almost £5m during our second five year term.
Businesses and organisations voted for a second BID term in October 2017 and from April 2018 we now cover a larger area that includes Cambridge Rail Station and the CB1 area.
Cambridge BID has three key work streams; Welcome, Experience and Support. Our work is governed by a Board of Directors that represent the businesses, organisations and stakeholders in Cambridge.
