You are welcome to arrive from 10.30 to grab a tea/coffee and a pastry. The session itself will start at 11.00. It will be very informal, and a great opportunity for people to get together and reconnect. We’ll have an icebreaker activity to get us started, and then Wendy and Karen will lead a presentation on the World Administrators Alliance and the Global Skills Matrix.
