The Honeycomb Works will be providing an interactive workshop focusing on the evidence around how to build and sustain truly inclusive cultures.
This two hour session will start with a lightning talk exploring the science of belonging with a particular focus on the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community.
Next there’ll be a panel with founders and people working in startups who are putting inclusion into action while dealing with the pressure of getting funded and changing the world for the better.
Finally you’ll have an opportunity to put some of the ideas shared into action in a highly interactive, collaborative workshop session. You’ll get a chance to discuss this topic with those in your group and you’ll leave with a really tangible understanding of what you can to do to start building an inclusive culture.
Expect an afternoon of learning and fun intermingled with networking and afternoon tea!
