The Gold in You - A Spring Awakening

This intimate, half day workshop allows you the essential time you need to take a pause, find space, get to know yourself and find The Gold In You.

Spring

This time out of day to day life is a chance to pause and take time out for yourself and consider how to move forward with intention. It is a time to see that you are worthy, you are uniquely wonderful and you matter - just as you are.

I offer a chance to reconnect in a calm space. To connect to others. To spend time looking inwards. To experience coaching and guided reflection in a group of like-minded people. Oh and nourishing food in a gorgeous local setting!

I am delighted to welcome Lisa Broad (Yoga Bright) to TGIY this year who will be leading a gorgeous gentle yoga practice which will enable us to settle into ourselves and listen to our inner wisdom.

at this workshop you will...

  • Renewed energy and focus: Reconnect with your inner self and nature’s rhythm to feel refreshed and inspired.

  • Clarity of intentions: Set meaningful intentions for the season ahead, grounded in self-awareness and purpose.

  • Personal growth tools: Gain practical exercises and insights to support your ongoing self-discovery and transformation. Including a workbook to take away with you.

  • Inner balance: Experience greater harmony between your mind, body, and spirit through a gentle yoga practice.

  • Re-freshed perspective: A clear vision of your goals and the confidence to pursue them.

  • Connection: These sessions always bring the opportunity to connect with like-minded women in a supportive and uplifting environment.

  • Nourishment: All your refreshments are included; teas, coffees, cake, vegetarian lunch and extra goodies sprinkled in the day.

Group coaching is hugely beneficial as it gives a sense of community, connection and of belonging as well as sparking new ideas. It also means coaching can be more accessible and cost effective for each individual, particularly for those trialling coaching for the first time.

Takes place on Saturday 15th March 9.30am-3pm (GMT) at The Lodge, Duxford.
Cost: £95
