This session aims to answer the question - “How can we change our organisational culture?” We will explore what we mean by the term “culture” in the first instance and delve into some of the unhelpful myths and common assumptions. Discussions will focus on how HR, managers, and leaders can most usefully intervene to make lasting culture change. By the end of the session you will have gained some further insight into the following:

- Four useful interventions managers and leaders can make
