At this session, we're delighted to be joined by Janet Scotcher, an experienced HR professional and former Chief People Officer. Janet will talk about ideas and experiences in HR transformation and how to use agile HR approaches.
About Janet Scotcher
Janet is experienced in culture change, organisational change and design. She is passionate about a great employee value proposition and has extensive experience of taking organisations through cultural transformation.
Janet joined Cambridge University Press & Assessment in May 2018 and was appointed Group Director of HR and Transformation in April 2019. After 5 years in post, Janet stepped away from the role to begin a portfolio career.
Janet was Director of HR and Organisational Development at the Wellcome Sanger Institute with responsibilities spanning organisational change, HR services and partnering, learning and development, and employee engagement.
She also worked as Director of HR at Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust and General Manager for Children’s Services at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Trust.
With a degree in tropical disease and an advocate of agile HR, Janet is a graduate from Glasgow University and Anglia Ruskin University business school.
