About Naomi
Naomi is a Consultant and Coach with over 20 years experience working across sectors to enhance individual, team and organisational effectiveness.
Naomi started her career in international development, working in community development and teacher training with refugees and displaced people in Sudan.
Later, she worked in senior roles in the NHS, supporting excellence in patient care. She focused on working in partnership to improve patient care through cultural change, new ways of working and leadership development.
Since then, Naomi has held various Director level roles in Learning and Development, HR, Talent and Organisational Development in global education and pharmaceuticals, before setting up her own consultancy in 2021.
In her spare time, Naomi loves running long distances in beautiful countryside – and especially discovering new landscapes.
