First Intuition

Once offer letters have been sent and accepted it is critical that employers keep their new cohort ‘warm’ and engaged in the lead up to their first day in the office. We will talk about strategies for maximising the impact of this ‘pre-start’ period to avoid losing successful candidates to other job opportunities, and to ensure they are prepared for the transition into what might be their first job.

We will also consider what we can expect from young adults when they first enter the workplace, and how to successfully onboard and engage them in their early weeks of employment.
