Although CD Coaching is organising this event, our role on the day will be to welcome you all and Carole will actually be one of the participants. Silvia will ease you into getting to know each other, and help you feel comfortable working together. She has been known for creating and holding safe, light spaces for her participants.

Some logistics:
The timings will be from 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, with one hour lunch break, we can picnic in the garden or go to a local pub, there will be toilet breaks and possibilities to use the garden too (weather provided).
Bring confortable clothing, a notepad if you like jotting down thoughts, feelings on paper, a bottle of water. We will provide teas and herbal teas and biscuits.
