Getting to Grips with Mental Health

This one hour will be an opportunity to find out how difficult, but not impossible it is, to make long lasting positive changes to our mental health.

This event is open to anyone who feels like they must either change themselves or their circumstances to move toward a better future.

I'll open with a short introduction into my struggles with anxiety, depression and cancer to arrive at a place of peace, contentment  and self success. I'll be offering some spaces for one2one coaching off the back of the session for those who are serious about creating a better future for themselves.
