Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with facilities management, including cleaning contract, security, waste, and maintenance.
- Ensure health and safety compliance through inspections and risk assessments.
- Act as a point of contact for Occupiers’ facilities-related queries.
- Support campus events, logistics, and sustainability initiatives.
About You:
- Experience in facilities or operational support.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £30,000 p.a. + bonus up to 10%
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week
- Location: Stevenage Campus
