HR & Recruitment Coordinator
Office based: Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire
About the role
In the role of HR & Recruitment Coordinator you will provide a timely and accurate recruitment service to our hiring managers, HR colleagues and candidates of Domino Printing. Supported by the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will become a trusted Coordinator, with responsibility and accountability for your own area of work, forming effective relationships across the business. We’ll ask you to support wider HR initiatives; challenging the status quo, seeking opportunities to continuously improve processes and systems for HR use, whilst always maintaining great candidate and customer experience.
As the HR & Recruitment Coordinator based at our head office in Bar Hill, you can expect to:

Kick off vacancies with our hiring managers, offering guidance on best practice and resources, escalating additional needs and change of approach to HR colleagues.

Publish engaging vacancies internally and externally, supporting recruitment advertising campaigns across social media and recruitment events from time to time.

Using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will support managers in progressing candidates, promoting candidate experience, and signposting resources so they feel informed and supported to make great hiring decisions.

Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, booking rooms, liaising with interview panels, and third-party suppliers, conducting interviews and following up with the coordination of timely feedback.

Manage the pre-boarding administration for new starters, confirming regulatory compliance as well ensuring we’re able to offer employees a great onboarding experience.

Assist in the maintenance of employee and general files across the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring appropriate security of all HR-related information, in line with GDPR guidelines.
About you

Previous administration experience within a HR department

Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint

Strong organisational and accurate administration skills within a busy environment

Can operate and communicate with discretion and good judgement independently

Ability to cope in a pressurised and ambiguous environment and be flexible to change

Experience using an ATS (we use Sage People)

Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete a full 5 years' employment/educational references, a DBS check, and a health assessment. These will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
