Are you an experienced lifeguard ready to take the next step? We’re looking for Senior Lifeguards to join our team for Spring & Summer 2025! This is your chance to lead by example, ensure safety, and support a dynamic team in a fun and rewarding environment.
Your Role:
✔️ Supervise lifeguard teams, ensuring high safety standards
✔️ Lead by example with excellent vigilance and quick response to incidents
✔️ Conduct regular safety checks and enforce guidelines
✔️ Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting junior lifeguards
✔️ Ensure pool and waterfront areas are well-maintained and welcoming
What You Need:
🔹 NPLQ/OWL qualification (desirable)
🔹 Previous lifeguarding experience with leadership responsibilities
🔹 Strong communication and teamwork skills
🔹 A passion for safety and delivering exceptional experiences
