Breeio AI’s performance support and learning tools can now be conveniently used within Microsoft Teams, thanks to a new app approved by Microsoft.
The new app allows Acteon and Breeio clients to deploy custom performance support AI assistants or management conversation role plays in Microsoft Teams, a channel many colleagues are already using for communication.
“The innovative technology allows us to deploy our bespoke assistants right where people are,” said Youri Dabrowski, Acteon Director and technical lead on Breeio AI. “The assistants can then save conversations and allow colleagues to resume different discussions they might have had, all within the familiar interface of Microsoft Teams.”
One immediate use of the Breeio AI Microsoft Teams app has been performance support tools that allowing People and HR teams to support colleagues who have HR queries or company policy questions.
“This is a significant step forward,” said Matthew Borg, Acteon Director. “It’s now possible to provide all colleagues with immediate answers to their policy questions, the ability to check product knowledge, or practice a sales call, right within Microsoft Teams.”
All Breeio AI assistants can be deployed via Microsoft Teams, including conversation role plays with conversation coach feedback, designed around the specific sales or management scenarios an organisation wants to focus on. Multiple assistants with different functions can be delivered through the single Breeio Teams app.
Breeio is working with clients to design customer personas and challenging management discussions so that colleagues can have a safe environment to practice conducting these types of conversations. Once the conversation concludes, an AI coach provides feedback based on the client’s specific training materials or sales models.
