The aim of CYPG is to bring together graduates and professionals from all backgrounds and in all areas. CYPG holds two monthly events focusing on fun, friendship, and building relationships for the future.
Abigail Reynolds, Chair of Cambridge Young Professionals Group, has identified that the aim for CYPG this year is to bring Cambridge professionals together, and to give young people an opportunity to build a network of friends and contacts in the Cambridge area. Abigail has herself recognised how important networking can be to building a future in Cambridge, particularly for people who have recently moved to the area.
Memberships are priced at £60.00 for the year and offers significant discounts on events. CYPG held events last year such as private curling sessions at the ice rink, pottery painting, wine tasting and an annual charity ball, and plans to go bigger and better this year! People are of course also welcome to attend the events as non-members – everyone is welcome!
