We’re passionate about supporting the economic growth in our region. And one of the ways we can do that is by adding more strings – or specialisms – to our bow. So we’re really pleased to announce that we’ll now be recruiting for supply chain and engineering positions.
Why supply chain and engineering?
Getting products and services at the right time, place, cost, quantity and quality is vital for all organisations. Because of that, a quarter of jobs in the UK are in supply chain and engineering.
Challenges like increased wages, rising transportation costs, material shortages, high inflation and the need to invest in technology have made it more important than ever to have the right people in these jobs. But labour and skills shortages mean recruitment in this area has been tough during 2022.
That’s where we come in. So far we’ve helped several supply chain, manufacturing and engineering organisations across our region – including Bakers & Larners of Holt, Kettle Foods, Midwich, Consolidated Timbers and AF Group – with their recruitment strategies, and found them people who can take their organisations forward.
In their own words
Here’s what some of our clients have to say about us.
‘Pure has been a trusted partner, supporting our supply chain recruitment by hiring engineers for existing shift patterns and as we’ve restructured and redesigned our planning team. They’ve found us candidates with the right skillsets but also, more importantly, the right attitude to fit in with our culture, and the demands of a fast-moving consumer goods business.’
Matthew Smith, Finance Director at Easy Cleaning Solutions Ltd
‘A genuine and truly professional recruiter who goes the extra mile. [Pure Consultant] Emily has been brilliant in supporting me through a challenging time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone – if you want someone to go above and beyond, Emily is your lady!”
Serena Scott, job seeker
‘I’ve worked with Pure both as a client and jobseeker. As a business, we were particularly drawn to their ethos and values, especially the way they respect the individuality of both employees and employers. We knew they’d work hard to really understand the brief and the importance of finding someone who’d be the right cultural fit for the business.’
Kirsty Standley, Head of People and Culture at Bakers & Larners
