Associate Maintenance Manager

Introduction to Role:
Join us as an Associate Maintenance Manager, where you will provide key technical and improvement support to the Process Execution Team (PET). Your role will encompass continuous maintenance improvements, delivering process availability, reliability and robustness improvements, initiatives and supporting projects, providing technical expertise, maintenance and associated conversion cost, customer service, people & asset development. This will be achieved through the application of technical aptitude, engineering tools, systematic processes and best maintenance practices.
Accountabilities:
As an Associate Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with Production to integrate maintenance, improvement and production activities through short term maintenance plans. You will initiate, lead and deliver improvements in your team and on the plant improvement plans, identify and prioritise improvement opportunities & risks for assets/processes. You will also propose, impact assess and implement change to assets/processes to ensure the manufacture is fully compliant and to maintain or improve asset/process robustness.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Relevant delivery experience of assets & process improvement practices within a highly regulated environment
- Proven experience of maintaining packing assets
- Relevant technical/engineering degree or HNC (or equivalent)
- Statistical understanding (dataset etc)
- Technical report writing & generation
- Reactive and proactive technical support within a manufacturing environment
- OEE/Pareto understanding & improvement performance measurements and skills to review and analyse as well as propose and implement improvements based on performance data
- Understanding of Site Procedures, relevant Engineering and Maintenance Standards and able to train others.
- Ability to use data to evaluate performance and identify required problem solving, improvements and opportunities.
- Experience of SAP
- Experience of managing project work alongside daily activities
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Professional Engineer
- Expertise in the deployment of process improvement in a highly regulated environment
- Experience with data analysis and delivery of improvement initiatives
- Experienced from working in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Understanding of Maintenance Excellence/TPM principles
- OCM Change Manager
- Project and business process management experience.
- Aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing awareness.
- Experience with equipment qualification
