About the Role:

 

As part of Learning Development Services, our Distance Learning Operations Team supports the strategic development and delivery of distance learning across ARU.  The Distance Learning Delivery Coordinator is crucial to the expansion of distance learning opportunities at ARU, supporting across all faculties this role is responsible for coordinating a portfolio of new and existing course deliveries, ensuring an outstanding and dedicated service to our students and stakeholders.

 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Distance Learning Operations Team to drive growth and opportunity to a growing Distance Learning community.  In this role, you’ll manage delivery planning, Tutor recruitment and overseeing course quality of our deliveries ensuring our students receive an outstanding experience and feel part of the ARU wider community. You’ll need to work collaboratively across the Distance Learning Operations Team, academic delivery teams and wider University teams and external stakeholders.

 

You’ll have a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification and demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD. You’ll have experience of planning and project management, building long-term working relationships with a range of stakeholders, developing systems and processes, and supervisory or line management experience. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills, enjoying working in a fast paced and sometimes pressured, customer focused environment.
