Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support to staff and students.
- Assist the IT Operations Manager in delivering and maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Configure cyber security measures for clients and servers.
- Support the school's wired and wireless IPv4 networks.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing 2nd or 3rd line IT support.
- Experience with industry-standard service desk systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 client and server operating systems.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, Aruba certifications).
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across networks, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and MDM administration.
- Cyber security configuration experience for both clients and servers.
