About the Role:

As part of this exciting project, we are now seeking to appoint a Lecturer (Full or fractional) with expertise in Health or Social Care to contribute to the delivery of the BSc(Hons) Integrated Health and Social Care.  This includes modules such as (but not limited to) safeguarding, care of long term conditions, end of life care/support and mental health. We are interested in candidates with experience of undergraduate course development and experience of distance/online/blended learning, work-based learning, and degree apprenticeship delivery.

 

The post holder will play a vital role in the development and delivery of a new suite of industry-ready degrees, distance learning, and short courses. You will develop relationships with industry and use these to support curriculum development.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and higher degree or relevant professional qualification along with extensive experience of health or social care in practice. We are looking for a team player with a proven track record in course design, teaching and practice. You will be able to work to tight deadlines, working independently with minimum supervision and liaising closely with senior colleagues from our partners and key stakeholders.
