About the Role:

 

You will Line Manage a growing team of Development Officers who are based across our four campuses. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of data-informed and evidence-led strategic and operational plans for the Officers, and to report progress against the wider Student Recruitment Strategy.

 

To be successful in this role you will need to be educated to degree level, with appropriate experience and evidence of CPD or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification with experience and CPD relevant to the role. Experience of working in higher education student recruitment, outreach or similar role will be beneficial. You will need to be an innovative, creative thinker who is enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you must be able to enthuse those around you. It’s important that you can maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Confidence with taking the lead and owning problems to resolution is essential.
